Sitko Liquid Seal EVO, a next-generation coating used as a waterproofing layer/coating for foundations, plinths or anywhere absolute watertightness is required. Also suitable for movement joints, interior parts of foundations, basement walls, roofs, terraces and balconies. A thick, flexible polymer coating that cures into a strong waterproof membrane. Sitko Liquid Seal EVO can also be applied to damp substrates and withstand rain immediately. This unique and innovative product can be used year-round down to -10 °C without additives. Made of 100% polymer resins and doesn’t contain water or solvents. The waterproof membrane doesn’t shrink during curing. The required film thickness is easily achieved in one application, allowing follow-on work the next day.
