EXTOSEAL ENCORS is a butyl-based sealing tape designed for sealing structural joints and protecting them against rainwater and wind. It is highly flexible and adheres tightly to the substrate, conforming to its shape without returning to its original form. The modified acrylic adhesive ensures excellent adhesion to a wide range of surfaces.
EXTOSEAL ENCORS is particularly suitable for installation beneath window flashings, where it protects the structural components below openings from driving rain and runoff water already during the construction phase. In new construction projects, Encors is especially used to ensure the reliable adhesion of sealing tapes at the bottom section of the window frame.
EXTOSEAL ENCORS is available in several widths. Depending on the width, it is equipped with either a two-part or three-part release liner covering the adhesive surface, allowing for precise sealing applications. Thanks to its high flexibility, Extoseal Encors adheres exceptionally well in corners and other demanding installation areas.
