Rainwater chamber

Rainwater well for directing rain, runoff, and meltwater to stormwater drains.

The MELTEX rainwater well features a ready-made outlet, with the option to create additional inlets using sealing gaskets or after-connection fittings. The well has a grate cover and a sediment trap, preventing sand and other solid materials from entering the stormwater drain. The height of the well body is 1500 mm.

The delivery includes a standard 315×750 mm telescopic pipe with a 40-ton cast iron cover. The rainwater well can also be fitted with a 5-ton plastic cover.

The bodies of the rainwater wells are manufactured at MELTEX’s factories in Kuhmoinen and Keuruu, and the wells are assembled at various locations. The primary materials used in the wells and well components are polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), and polyvinyl chloride (PVC). MELTEX rainwater wells meet the requirements of standard SFS 3468 and special instruction EO 343.
