Cooker hood Vallox X-Line PTX

Vallox X‑Line PTX is a cooker hood range manufactured in Finland, designed for apartment‑specific ventilation control in detached houses and terraced houses. With the X‑Line PTX cooker hood, you can control apartment‑specific ventilation units, roof fans or air heating units equipped with alternating current (AC) fans.
The cooker hood range, equipped with fixed glass, an efficient light and a dishwasher‑safe grease filter, is designed not only for odour extraction but also for controlling the fan speed of the ventilation unit. When acting as the controller for a ventilation unit, the shut‑off damper of the control hood is normally closed and the ventilation operates at normal capacity. The damper is opened when increased ventilation is required, for example during cooking. In this case, the extract airflow increases in the kitchen. When the damper is closed, ventilation is boosted elsewhere in the apartment.
If the control hood is connected to control a roof fan, the shut‑off damper prevents cold air from flowing down when the roof fan is switched off.
Vallox X‑Line PTX is available in white in standard widths of 500 and 600 mm. The control hood is wall‑mounted.
