The insulated MX roof fan 120E/125 is an efficient, airtight, upward-blowing ventilation solution for separate exhaust needs such as kitchens, bathrooms, or garages. It fits 125 mm ventilation ducts and is installed on the roof, which helps reduce indoor noise since the exhaust motor is placed outside. Its streamlined design, concealed wiring, and a wide range of color options ensure a discreet and stylish finish. Continuous operation is recommended to prevent freezing, and the fan speed can be adjusted with a thyristor or step transformer. Selecting the appropriate power class improves energy efficiency and avoids unnecessary cooling of the building. A roof penetration fitting matching the roofing material is also required.
The motors in the roof fans are alternating current (AC) fans.
