The MX roof fan EC 125 is an energy‑efficient solution for building exhaust ventilation, for example for separate exhaust from kitchens, bathrooms or garages. The roof fan is connected to a 125 mm ventilation duct and is installed on the roof.
Modern EC technology enables precise and continuously adjustable control according to ventilation demand, improving indoor air quality with low energy consumption. The roof‑mounted fan does not cause vibrations and integrated attenuation of the fan significantly reduces noise transmitted into the ductwork.
The roof fan ensures efficient air extraction in all weather conditions. The stylish design, concealed cabling and multiple colour options ensure a discreet and finished appearance on the roof. Continuous operation helps prevent freezing in cold conditions. Installation requires a roof penetration suitable for the roofing material.
The EC motor enables lower energy consumption and continuously adjustable control compared to a traditional AC motor. The roof fan is suitable for both new construction and renovation projects and is compatible with MELTEX roof penetration systems.
Roof fans are insulated with PAROC Hvac Mat AluCoat stone wool, thickness 30 mm.
